"State Farm has gotten extremely greedy. I asked Ann to review our home and auto policy. She didn't even look at the auto policy despite asking multiple times. Her only response about our home policy increasing higher than any other company in the midwest was that has happened with everyone at State Farm. However, she completely ignored my question about our home insurance policy premium being very high before the huge rate increase. All-State has much better coverage with a lower deductible for the same coverage yet is a few hundred dollars cheaper per year for home/auto insurance. My family has been with State Farm for decades, but loyalty apparently means nothing. We are switching to All-State."
